For those of you who don’t have time to read this whole review, I’ll just get right to the point – Crypto Currency Codex is NOT a scam, it is a great product and a perfect first step into the world of emerging and established digital currencies, no matter what your current level of experience is.

Now for those of you with slightly longer attention spans… On with the review!
Unless you’ve been living under a large rock for the last few years, you’ll have noticed that Bitcoin is all over the news. This “new” currency is suddenly the only thing that people can talk about because of its skyrocketing value.
In fact, some people are getting so carried away in the “Bitcoin gold rush” that they’re remortgaging their homes to buy as much Bitcoin as they can afford.
But what if you don’t know your blockchains from your Apps? You’re probably chomping at the bit to get started with dabbling or seriously investing in cryptocurrency, but have no idea where to start… and you’re a little bit nervous about making expensive mistakes or getting scammed.
Then the Crypto Currency Codex, by Nate Martin and Pat Kendrick is a great place to start.
This system is the first offering from the boys at The Cryptocurrency Institute and is designed for beginners and intermediate Crypto investors.
If you are advanced you will still find some great tips and tricks here, but there are probably better courses out there for someone at your level.
What You Get in the Course
The content of this eBook is spread across seven chapters and 152 pages of very well-written and thought out modules which teach you everything you need to know about cryptocurrency, and in particular Bitcoin.
Now while 152 pages might seem like an odd lot of information to get through you can quite easily get through this book in a long afternoon of reading, or several short sittings.
Something we love about this book is that despite the fact it’s covering such a complex topic, the authors have made a conscious decision to write in an informal way.
So, instead of having to trudge through the book as you desperately try to figure out what they’re talking about, they’ve made the entire experience far more enjoyable by writing in a way that is very easily digestible for anyone regardless of their knowledge of cryptocurrencies.
Each chapter builds on the information provided in the previous one in a very logical way, allowing you to build on your existing knowledge of cryptocurrency far more quickly than you might have imagined possible.
Don’t worry that you’ll get bogged down in technical details that you don’t understand because this book is structured in a way that prevents that.
One note of warning is that the content of this book focuses almost exclusively on Bitcoin, but it does discuss Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies in a general way.
Let’s take a quick look at what you will learn in each chapter:
Chapter 1 – The Basics
By the time you finish this first chapter you’ll have a solid foundation in the history of cryptocurrencies, what a blockchain is, and how these currencies came into being.
While this might not seem very important at first glance, understanding the history of cryptocurrency is important because it shows you what the very near future might hold for your personal finances.
Chapter 2 – Cryptocurrency Fundamentals
Now that you’ve covered the historical elements of cryptocurrency you’re introduced to the core knowledge you need on the dominant cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
This also includes a detailed breakdown on wallets, private and public keys, mining, and the overall cryptocurrency ecosystem as it exists today. You also get a really good comparison between Bitcoin and Ethereum, explaining the key differences between them.
Chapter 3 – The Government Vs. Cryptocurrency
The real beauty of cryptocurrency is that it’s decentralized and free of any real government control or regulation. In fact, up to quite recently the US government and others simply had no idea how to deal with cryptocurrency and its implications for their tax revenues.
What this chapter explains is where the US government, for example, stands on cryptocurrency, the future regulation and control of it, the potential for taxation, and your legal responsibilities in that regard.
Chapter 4 – How To Invest in Cryptocurrency
This chapter is very thorough in terms of covering everything you need to know when it comes to converting dollars or euros to Bitcoin, etc. The section on exchanges is worth its weight in gold, catering for crypto fans in countries outside the US too.
You get great advice on storing your cryptos in different wallets to ,”…not keep all your eggs in one basket.”
This chapter also explains the pros and cons of each type of wallet – including both hardware and software-based options. It also gives some great advice on how to avoid Cryptocurrency scams, which there are plenty of!
A favorite quote from this chapter is:
Unlike trying to pay with a brick of gold, you can walk up to the counter at a coffee shop and pay for your coffee with Bitcoin. It’s worth thinking about this for a moment: is the cash in your wallet gaining value while it sits there?
Chapter 5 – Initial coin offerings
You’ll be able to explain ICOs like an expert to anyone willing to listen after finishing this chapter.
You’ll also learn how they’re now frowned upon by the SEC (Securities Exchange Commission) in the United States, but that they can still be a great way of making an insane return on your investment, but only when you diversify.
Experienced Forex traders will love this chapter because it shows how you can 5x – 10x your investments by trading in cryptocurrencies instead of fiat ones.
Chapter 6 – Trading Crypto & Advanced Strategies
Anyone interested in margin or leverage trading in cryptos might want to skip ahead to this chapter, especially the advice on keeping your fees as low as possible.
You get some straightforward strategies for investing and trading in altcoins, and a step-by-step guide to day trading with cryptocurrencies, even if you personally don’t own a single digital coin or token.
Chapter 7 – Mining for Digital Gold
You learn why it’s called “mining” when it comes to Bitcoin and others, and how you can still use any unused home computer processing power to earn yourself some cryptocurrency, albeit it in small amounts.
This chapter also offers a really good explanation of how mining works and how it could cost you money if you’re not careful i.e. electricity isn’t free.
And yes, it’s still worth mining for altcoins because nobody knows what their future value might be.
Chapter 8 – Tip Roundup
This isn’t really a standalone chapter but more of a roundup of tips, strategies and advice from the previous chapters.
It’s basically a summary of the Cryptocurrency Codex, with all the most essential information and links crammed into a few pages – think of it as your study guide.
There are some pretty useful “Bonuses” included with the program, they are:
- Fast Action Bonus #1 – Ask Me Anything Private Facebook Group
- Fast Action Bonus #2 – Cryptocurrency Trading Crusher Video Course
- Fast Action Bonus #3 – Cryptocurrency Mining Mastery Video Course
- Fast Action Bonus #4 – Cryptocurrency Storage Secrets Video Course
- Fast Action Bonus #5 – Unlimited Lifetime Updates to the system
Usually when you buy training courses online the bonuses are just crappy filler to make the product seem more valuable. But these bonuses are actually very valuable (especially for beginners). I have found the Facebook group to be particularly valuable.
Should You Buy The Crypto Currency Codex?
The Good Stuff
The book is really well laid out, and the pacing is ideal for anyone who wants to dip their toes into the waters of cryptocurrencies.
Bear in mind that the people behind this book are active investors and traders, not just some random guys who decided to cobble together a scammy eBook to make a few bucks from people who don’t know any better.
The writing style is informative and keeps you reading, which is a pretty big achievement considering that it’s a book about investing in digital currencies.
The Not Good Stuff
The page formatting is a bit jumbled in places, and although the images used are a nice way to break up blocks of text it almost feels like some of them were used to artificially inflate the length of the book.
There are also some [Edit] notes in Chapter 5 and Chapter 8, so the proof reader didn’t do their job properly.
But, to be fair, these are minor gripes when you look at the very high quality of the information provided, and the quality of the writing itself.
You’ve probably heard people complain that cryptocurrency is abstract because it’s digital, so it’s not “real”. The irony is that they forget they pay their bills with paper money that has no real value except that assigned to it by the currency markets.
The value of every note of paper currency in your possession is based on nothing more than trusting that the government won’t reduce the value of that paper without any warning.
Digital currencies – because of the blockchain – don’t ever have to rely on trust as a factor in their valuation.
If you want proof of where the future of international and personal finance is you need only look at the mad scramble various governments are making in their attempts to control, regulate and eventually tax cryptocurrencies.
So, although these currencies might not seem real to you, they are most definitely very real to the IRS and the US Treasury Department, for example.
The Cryptocurrency Codex is one of the very few eBooks on this subject that’s worth what you pay, which is just $47. There’s no fluff, and takes you from crypto newbie to crypto expert in just a few short hours.
In fact, this book should be required reading for both parents and teenagers because these new currencies might just revolutionize how we view money and spend money within the next 10 – 20 years.
I was happy to see that this product is being sold thru Clickbank. Clickbank is the #1 digital product seller online, they are basically the Amazon of digital products.
They value their reputation over all else (like Amazon) so they FORCE all of their sellers to give UNCONDITIONAL 90 day money back guarantees.
What this means for you is that there is absolutely no risk involved – if you don’t like the product for ANY reason, you can ask for your money back. And when I say any reason – I mean it.
One of my friends sells stuff on Clickbank and told me that one time a customer requested a refund because they didn’t like the color of the shirt the man was wearing on the cover of the book.
No problem… REFUND!
A Quick Note About Other Crypto Currency Codex Reviews
One of the primary reasons I decided to write this review was that when I did a quick search to see what other reviews were already out there the results were pretty terrible.
Most of the reviews you will find when you search fall into 2 categories:
1. Glowing reviews written by very bad writers that are designed ONLY to convince you to buy the product with their affiliate link.
There is absolutely no useful information in these reviews and they have probably used the exact same review hundreds of times for different products and simply swapped out “Crypto Currency Codex Review” for whatever the last scam review they wrote was.
2. Reviews written by Crypto Currency Codex competitors who spew negative comments about how Cryptocurrency Codex is a big scam while simultaneously expounding the virtues of their own product.
Both types of reviews have absolutely no useful information for anyone trying to make an informed buying decision. Many of the reviews don’t even seem to know what the product is; most seem to think The Crypto Currency Codex is some sort of software – which it is not.
I have actually read the system and have begun to implement the advice given and I can say that the product actually works. If you want to grab a copy you can click the button below.
FULL DISCLOSURE: That button contains my affiliate link so I will make a small commission if you decide to buy it after watching their sales pitch.
ONE MORE NOTE: If you have already decided to buy the Crypto Currency Codex you might want to skip the sales video (It’s kinda Long) and go directly to the text version where you can scroll down and purchase instantly. CLICK HERE for the text Version
This book provides an excellent overview of cryptocurrencies, including investment strategies and information that could quite literally make you wealthy in a few short months. It’s just a real shame that it loses marks for sloppy formatting in places, and those [Edit] notes, but then again I’m a writer so things like that bother me.
